Why Choose a Mobile Notary Instead of a UPS Store or Bank?

From the busy business corridors near the Schaumburg Convention Center to residential neighborhoods around Schaumburg Road and Roselle Road, we understand that getting somewhere for a notary appointment isn't always convenient. You may be juggling work near the Woodfield business district, helping a family member with important paperwork, or arranging documents for a real estate transaction.

Instead of driving across town and working around someone else's location, let us come to you. We provide mobile notary and loan signing services at homes, offices, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and senior living communities throughout Schaumburg.

Whether you need a single document notarized or have a complete set of loan documents ready for signing, we provide professional, attentive service at a location that works for you.

Contact Jason or Kim to discuss your documents, location, and appointment availability.

How it Works

Call, text, or book online with your location and type of document you need notarized.

Jason or Kim will contact you to confirm the details and the price, based on your needs.

We arrive at the appointed time with everything needed to notarize your document.

What Happens During Your Appointment?

We make the process simple when you need documents notarized.

The first step is to check a valid photo ID against the name on your document — this is a legal requirement, not just a formality, so have your unexpired driver's license, state ID, or passport handy.

Next we'll walk through the document with you to confirm you understand what you're signing and that it's complete. You'll sign in our presence (please do not sign until you are in front of us).

Once signed, we will complete the notarial certificate, apply the notary seal, and log the notarization in our journal as required by Illinois law.

Most single-document signings take 10-15 minutes; loan signings and larger packets take longer.
